JFK 50 Course Profile

Boonsboro to Williamsport, MD, Maryland

The oldest ultramarathon in North America, first run in 1963. The course traverses the Appalachian Trail over South Mountain, follows the C&O Canal towpath, and finishes along the Potomac River. A rite of passage for East Coast ultrarunners.
